are there any programs out there for landowners to clean up downed trees and trees broken in half due to the ice storm? Property has snowmobile trail thru it and they left a mess too trying to open up trails. thanks

Try Ma.Department of Conservation and Recreation talk to your area state forester. They will help you finding the people you need to get yoour land in shape.
